KEYS TO AWARENESS (K2A) is an organization that increases awareness to mental health through connecting people and organizations to various life dependent resources in a shameless and entertaining environment. The medium we chose to create this environment is to host a variety of charitable events that not only increases mental health awareness but provides scholarships and essential life dependent resources to those in need.  We are hosting our first Mental Health “Walk/Fair” on May 17, 2025, at San Bernardino Valley College, CA.  K2A welcomes all vendors and event resources. Below you shall find some key information:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Each vendor will be assigned a designated area on the date of the event. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Vendors will be allotted 1 to 2 hours to set up prior to the event's start time. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">This is an alcohol-free event.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Upon arrival, all food vendors will be required to provide proof of food preparation permits. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">All food vendors are required to complete an application for the college (K2A will email to you).</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">All food vendors are required to provide proof of a Certificate of Liability with separate Endorsement page AND a separate endorsement page. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">All vendors must comply with state and local ordinances.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">All vendors are required to bring their own set up equipment and supplies.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Vendors are responsible for keeping booth space clean and attractive, also for clean-up following the event. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Vendors are responsible for advertising the event on social media platforms and other outlets. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">K2A will provide event advertising on social media outlets and event flyer distribution. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">All signage and other displays shall be freestanding and shall not block the booths or signage of other vendors.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">K2A may use your photos/videos for promotion of future events, if you see your photos/videos and disagree please advise.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Please be sure to list a good contact email and telephone number.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">K2A will email you at least one week prior to the event with event details.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">There will be an email and/or meeting held prior to the event to cover event logistics.  </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">With the Gold Key sponsorship, you will be assigned a KEY location.  </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Additional benefits are available with Platinum Key, Diamond Key and Master Key sponsorships.</li></ul>Please feel free to email us at <a href="mailto:info@keys2awareness.com" style="color:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">info@keys2awareness.com</a> if you have any questions.  Thank you,  The Keys 2 Awareness Family, <a style="color:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">www.keys2awareness.com</a>
