Electricity is subject to availability.  The Rotary Club of Chappaqua reserves the right to prioritize use of electricity for rides and/or other organizer use for the day.  (If selected and we are unable to provide electricity, this fee will be refunded.)

Community Day will be held on September 14th from 10am-2pm in the Chappaqua Train Station Circle and Parking Lot. Applications are due by August 1, 2024, a late fee of $25 will be automatically applied to applications received on August 2 through August 15th.  No applications will be considered after that. The Rotary Club of Chappaqua reserves the right to decline any application. 2024 New Castle Community Day is rain or shine.  No refunds will be issued.

Dear Community Member, Please accept our sincerest thanks for becoming a 2024 New Castle Community Day Participant. Setup will begin at 8am on September 14th.  All vehicles will be required to leave the Vendor Area by 1pm and we ask booths be ready by 9:30am for a 10am opening to the public. Requirements:<ul><li style="width:100%;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;box-sizing:inherit">Each vendor is responsible for your own tent, table, chairs, umbrella or any other supplies for the day.</li><li style="width:100%;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;box-sizing:inherit">Spaces are assigned by the Community Day Event Chair and Committee and will be available by Wednesday, September 6th.</li><li style="width:100%;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;box-sizing:inherit">The event is Rain or Shine.  There are no refunds.</li><li style="width:100%;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;box-sizing:inherit">No vehicles will be allowed into the Vendor or Exhibitor area between 9:30am and 2:30pm.</li><li style="width:100%;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;box-sizing:inherit">Weights are highly recommended for any tents - each vendor is responsible for providing tent weights.</li><li style="width:100%;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;box-sizing:inherit">Any food vendor must provide proof of Board of Health registration by 8/25/2024</li></ul>We look forward to you joining this celebration of Community in New Castle!
