Join Team New York Aquatics (TNYA) for our annual Fire Island Pines fundraiser, featuring a pool party, open water swim, and our Friends and Family Campaign: Swim Your Way to Royalty. TNYA members and non-member guests alike are welcome to participate in several ways:

1. RSVP for the party and make a personal contribution.
2. RSVP at any tier AND register for the Friends and Family Campaign: Swim Your Way to Royalty to raise additional funds and get recognized at a higher tier.

The party starts at 1 pm with an optional open water swim in the bay from the host venue to the FIP ferry and back (or, for those who prefer chlorine, hanging around the pool at the host's place until the swimmers get back). Afterward, we'll have a BBQ with an open bar, ending in time for Tea at 6 pm. 

This event is TNYA's major fundraiser for the year. All funds raised go to the Paul Fortoul Fellowship Fund, which provides financial support for LGBTQ+ persons who would otherwise be unable to swim in the City.

The Friends and Family Campaign is an optional opportunity for TNYA members to engage their networks and raise additional funds. All donations raised through your individual fundraising page will count towards your total contribution and corresponding donation tier. If your personal donation plus the funds you raise through your P2P campaign reach a higher tier level, you will be recognized at that level and receive the associated benefits. Share this with your network to motivate donors and increase your fundraising potential!

Open Water Swim and Virtual Challenge: Swim Your Way to Royalty

As part of the Friends and Family Campaign: Swim Your Way to Royalty, we're excited to announce an Open Water Swim on the day of the event. Participants can challenge themselves to swim in the Fire Island Pines. Don't worry if you can't make it to Fire Island – you can still participate virtually! Set your own swimming goals for the month of July, whether in the pool or open water, and share your progress with your supporters.

Guest Participation

We're thrilled to invite non-TNYA members to join us as guests at the Fire Island Pines party. The guests are welcome to make personal contributions and enjoy the perks awarded to them at their contribution tier should they choose to join the team.
