The mission of Downtown Lock Haven Inc., is to establish a welcoming and vibrant commercial district in and around Downtown Lock Haven, improving our community and its history, create a center of activity, and ensure economic stability for the heart of our historical city.

The mission of the Clinton County United way is to improve the lives of Clinton County residents in the areas of Health, Economic Stability, and Education through advocacy, community funding initiatives, and direct assistance.

Downtown Lock Haven, Inc. and the Clinton County United Way are both registered 501(c)(3) organizations; donations to which are tax deductible to the extent of applicable federal, state, and local law.
