Enjoy the challenges of balancing, jumping, and coordinating movements to music. While this class will be most accessible to those with some type of movement background (other dance styles, circus arts, athletics, yoga, martial arts, etc), no specific experience is required and all are welcome. Recommended attire: socks or ballet slippers, comfortable clothing that allows movement (leotard and tights, or shorts or yoga pants and a T-shirt).
