Come unwind after the holiday season.  Offerings will include, yoga, chair massage, Get Back Your Core, the importance of strength training, ear seeds with an acupuncturist, making body/hand scrubs and more.  Lunch will be provided as part of your cost. IF YOU HAVE A YOGA MAT AND YOGA BLOCK, PLEASE BRING IT.  WE WILL ONLY HAVE A FEW EXTRAS AT THE EVENT.
