On March 25th, 2023, less than 6 months from our wedding day, Gunner fell approximately 80 feet off a cliff at Red River Gorge while on a weekend boys trip. It was the worst night of our lives. Gunner sustained a severe C6 spinal cord injury, and spent 17 days fighting for his life at the UK Neuro ICU. Then, we were flown to the spinal cord injury unit at Shepherd Center in Atlanta, where we've been ever since. Every day Gunner wakes up and fights. He is the strongest person I know and has made tremendous progress. We will never be able to thank everyone enough for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers we have received. It means more to us than we can say.  -Katelyn HarrodGunner's Fiancee
