DETAILSWHAT: Marana LL Parents Home Run Derby CompetitionWHEN: Saturday, April 6th from 7:00PM to 8:30PMWHERE: Ora Mae Harn, Field #3WHO: Max of 20 Dad’s, and 20 Mom’sFORMATRound 1MAMA’S (7:00PM): Each participant (20 Total) will have 60 seconds in this round to hit as many home runs as they can. No timeouts.Pitcher will be pitching behind a L-screen from approximately 25 - 30 feet. The top 10 participants after this round will go on to Round 2.DAD’S (7:25PM): Each participant (20 Total) will have 60 seconds in this round to hit as many home runs as they can. No timeouts.Pitcher will be pitching behind a L-screen from approximately 25 - 30 feet. The top 10 participants after this round will go on to Round 2.Round 2MAMA’S (7:45PM): Each participant (10 Total) will have 90 seconds in this round to hit as many home runs as they can. No timeouts.Pitcher will be pitching behind a L-screen from approximately 25 - 30 feet. The top 3 participants after this round will go on to the FinalRound.DAD’S (8:00PM): Each participant (10 Total) will have 90 seconds in this round to hit as many home runs as they can. The individual with the highest homerun count during this round is the winner.DAD’S (8:24PM): Each participant (10 Total) will have 90 seconds in this round to hit as many home runs as they can. They can takeone 30 second timeout. Pitcher will be pitching behind a L-screen from approximately 25 - 30 feet. The individual with the highest homerun count during this round is the winner.TiesIn the event of a tie, a 60-second swing-off will take place with no timeouts or stoppage of time. If two players still remain tied, then upto 5 alternating single swing-offs will take place (Player A takes a swing, then Player B takes a swing, etc) for 5 rounds to determine a winner. If a tie still exists, a coin flip will determine the winner.
