UPDATE8/25: WE NEED SEVERAL MORE PEOPLE TO DIRECT TRAFFIC AS WELL AS ACTING AS SECURITY AT EXTERIOR DOORS TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. YOU WILL GET BREAKS, WATER, ETC. TO TACKLE THE HEAT. The parking lot is the first impression our guests receive, and we want it to be great!! This crew will be responsible for directing traffic from 8:45am - 1:00pm and also ensure guests are not entering through unauthorized doors and not paying their entry fee. A full parking strategy will be communicated for where volunteers, sponsors/exhibitors, public service employees, and guests will park. 1.5 hour time blocks will be assigned. UPDATE 8/25: WE HAVE JUST A FEW SPOTS REMAINING FOR VIDEOGRAPHERS. ALL YOU NEED IS A SMART PHONE AND BE ABLE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS TO GOOGLE DRIVE. Videographers will be needed to capture goat teams as they enter and exit the stage, as well as some roaming areas. Videographers are in 2 hour rotations, starting at 10:00am. A photo upload system will be provided for your images. All images taken must be royalty free. Times will be announced 9.2.23.

Photographers will be needed roaming the exhibitor, crafts, game, and stands areas, as well as shooting photos of goat teams as they enter and exit the stage, as well as the skip-and-repeat banner. Volunteers are needed to assist children in a variety of crafts. All supplies will be provided. 2 hour shifts will be assigned. Times will be announced 9.2.23.

Registration includes the process of inviting people into Goat Couture. Tasks include scanning existing tickets, selling tickets on demand, giving guests information, and greeting with a smile!! 2 hour time blocks will be assigned. This committee will be responsible for removing all materials from DSRP by 6:00 pm. Boxes and supplies will be loaded into cars for transport off site.

UPDATE 8/25: WE NEED SEVERAL MORE PEOPLE FROM 7:30-9:00 AM. This critical committee will be responsible for hanging banners, setting up goat areas, and delivering merchandise & supplies where they need to go. Set up may start as early as 6:30am, but most volunteers will be needed around 7:30am. Times will be announced 9.2.23.

One volunteer is needed for the full day to be monitoring the results of several rounds of goat trivia being run through Kuhut. This volunteer will manage the opening and closing of each quiz and working with the event committee in announcing winners & giving prizes.

Volunteers assigned to the Stage Area will assist in distributing prizes, helping announcers with anything they need, getting judges water, etc. Entertainers will be entering and exiting the stage as well. 2 hour shifts will be assigned. Times will be announced 9.2.23.

Volunteers are needed to paint pre-defined animals on children's cheeks. Several simple animal designs will be provided before Goat Couture so you may practice. All supplies will be provided. 2 hour shifts will be assigned. Times will be announced 9.2.23.

Get your goat on for this group! You will be responsible for getting goats lined up for their category, making sure goat teams enter and exit the arena appropriately, report for photographs, and possibly help catch the random stray goat. 2 hour shifts will be assigned. Times will be announced 9.2.23.

We will have a small assortment of things for sale at Goat Couture to make the day for festive and goat-themed. Volunteers will be responsible for collecting non-cash payment and providing the appropriate merchandise. 2 hour shifts will be assigned. Times will be announced 9.2.23.
