Your Sunday needs a revamp, we know. Ecstatic dance - a fun, rhythm-driven moving meditation -  has been shown to reduce levels of cortisol, a hormone associated with stress, and increase levels of endorphins, which improve mood and reduce anxiety. This August, we’ll gather in a dynamic space in NYC to get into this powerful outlet for stress relief, emotional expression, and connection to the body. We’ll mix some mindful movement, stillness, bumping beats, and reflection rituals.  Our goal here is to help us all release the stress, bring in the joy, and create space for healing and awareness the rest of our week and in the moment. Don’t forget to stay for treats after, too.
