Meet our Speakers:  Grant Guidroz is an organic farmer in South Baton Rouge. He and his wife own and operate Fullness Farm.   Pete Kennedy is an attorney in Sarasota, Florida. He is a member of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund. He represents farmers and consumers who want to protect their access to nutrient dense foods, and the ability to grow (and sell) their own.  Lillie Wiley is the Assistant Director of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. Jackie Jolie is a certified Quantum Health coach and is passionate about sharing information on how powerful light is to our health and life. Light is truly the answer to helping us all heal.  Jackie shares her knowledge as local seminars and podcasts.  Brandon Hall is an ecologist who has worked to provide economic benefit through ecological improvement.  He has worked on the restoration of nearly 20,000 acres of unusable or unprofitable agricultural land across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana back to natural habitats. Having recently moved back to Acadiana, he hopes to apply his experience to provide local support to the region's private landowners in realizing their property's potential to provide recreation, profit, resilience, and a sense of home for future generations. **There will be a short Q&A with the speakers - send any questions to amandabhanegan@gmail.com** Carpool encouraged as parking is limited.  This is a working farm - no pets allowed.  Farm goods will be available for sale, bring an ice chest.  Picnic blankets and chairs advised.  No outside alcohol - cash bar available.
