Responsibilities include: • Assisting with event setup by helping arrange chairs, tables, signage, decorations, and any other materials needed before the event kicks off. • Ensuring everything is organized and looks great for attendees, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. • Helping vendors and facilitators get their spaces ready and ensuring all areas are prepped for activities. • Breaking down and cleaning up after the event, making sure the space is left in great condition.
