Care of Aging Parents is a support group for those seeking reflection and guidance as we look toward, or find ourselves well into, an inevitable phase of our lives: the mental and/or physical decline and eventual death of our parents. - How do we prepare ourselves, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and logistically, for an inevitable event on an uncertain timeline? - What can we do to help set the table for them in the time that they have? - How do we even begin that first conversation if we haven't? - For those of us already well along this path, what are your stories, hopes, and fears for the future? We'll share our life experience resources for and by caregivers, therapists, death doulas, palliative care professionals, and more. Wherever you are on this journey, we'd love to be there with you.
