Here are the event details for your reference:Date: October 26, 2024Time: Women's Class 11:30 AM, Open Mat: 1:00 PMLocation: 1252 Saint George’s Ave, Avenel NJ 07001Event Type: Women‘s Self Defense Class and/or Open Mat  We’ll start with a women’s self-defense class focusing on practical jiu jitsu techniques followed by an open mat session that welcomes participants of all levels. Important Reminders:     •    Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and sign a waiver.    •    Wear comfortable workout clothes or a gi if you have one.    •    Don’t forget to bring water and a positive attitude! Your participation helps us raise awareness for domestic violence in the name of Woodbridge DVRT, and together we’re making a difference. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to roll with you!
