This program is made possible by a generous grant from Healthier JC, an initiative by the government of Jersey City, NJ. Anyone can attend this program. This program consists of 3 sessions. All 3 must be attended.The 3 sessions will be held on the following dates and times.1. Thursday, Aug 22, 2024, 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM2. Saturday. Aug 24. 2024. 2:30PM - 4:30 PM3. Monday Aug 26, 2024 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Dr. Shrenik Shah, MD from World Vegan Vision will start the first session by presenting the hard facts about food and cardiovascular health.
