Beef & Bourbon Raffle

Thank you for supporting the Air Capital Flyers Baseball Club Fundraiser Raffle!  Through some generous donations and partners, we are able to offer some fantastic raffle prizes to our raffle winners.  

On Saturday, March 23, 2024 at noon, we will draw 4 winners at random. The drawing will be livestreamed on our Twitter page (@AirCapFlyers). First winner drawn will have a choice of one of these four prizes listed below.  The next winner will have the choice of the remaining three prizes, and so on, until all prizes are claimed.

Prizes

1.  This prize is a 1/4 beef, cut to your specifications by Stroot Lockers!  This is a $750+ value. Cuts vary, but on average 1/4 beef will yield 100-130 lbs. of meat.  More information available at https://www.strootlockers.com. 

2.  This prize is one bottle of W.L Weller 12 year Bourbon, 750ml. Below is a photo of the bottle. Those familiar with the Weller brand know this bottle is very difficult to find and almost impossible to acquire given its hype, scarcity, and history. 

3.  This prize is one bottle of Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon, 750ml.  Below is a stock photo (not the actual bottle). The Blanton's name is well-known in the whisky world and speaks for itself.  It is highly allocated and is a very desirable bottle to collect. The prize bottle features the letter "N" on the bottle topper, so it can help complete your B-L-A-N-T-O-N-S collection.

4. This prize features 2 bottles of fantastic Kentucky Bourbon. The first is a  bottle of Blanton's Bourbon, 375ml (Barrel 1415, Warehouse 16, Bottle 341). This half-sized bottle is very difficult to find and is not available at retail in Kansas. It features the letter "B" on the bottle topper, so it can be the lead of your 

B-L-A-N-T-O-N-S collection.  Below are 3 photos of the actual bottle.

The second bottle in this prize group is a bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon, 750ml.  Both bottles in the prize grouping come from the Buffalo Trace distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky (a bourbon bucket-list destination!). Here are some photos of the Buffalo Trace bottle:

Delivery

The 1/4 beef prize can be picked up at Stroot Lockers during normal business hours following preparation according to your cut instructions.  Bourbon prizes can be claimed by the winner (must be 21 or older) at a mutually-agreeable time and location in the Wichita area. We will also make reasonable efforts to deliver to winners in the Kansas City area if possible, but deliveries outside of Wichita are not guaranteed and may take longer.

Rules and Fine Print

Need not be present to win. Four winners will be drawn, then winners will be contacted in order drawn according to the information provided by participant. If prospective winner does not claim a prize within 24 hours, we reserve the right to determine the participant has forfeited the prize.  Participants must be 21 or older to enter. Void if and where prohibited. We reserve the right to close the raffle and discontinue selling tickets at any time and for any reason.  If winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal, or local laws and regulations, the prize may be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no prize substitution.
