Suzy Barker, one of our flutists, is celebrating her 40th season as a musician with SSO! We greatly appreciate Suzy for dedicating four decades of her talent through countless hours of rehearsals, performances, and continued contribution to the improvement of our beloved organization. Our goal is $40,000 to commemorate Suzy’s 40 years! We have assembled premier gift baskets worth more than $1,000 each! These baskets feature items and services from around the area. Never before have baskets like these been put together in our area!  Sherman Symphony Orchestra is a regional non-profit organization that provides local entertainment through performances that range from holiday favorites to classic composer's masterpieces. Our reach expands across multiple North Texas and Southern Oklahoma counties. Our intent is to include as many of these areas as possible in our promotional campaigns.

As a reminder, we will be performing our season premier concert - Tchaikovsky, Symphony No. 6 “Pathetique” on Saturday, October 28th at 7:30 pm in the Kidd Key Auditorium. Our goal is to raise these funds by then to surprise Suzy and the organization.
