If you are paying dues for both yourself and your spouse, you will have to go through this process two times. Select "General Member" for yourself and complete the form. Then select "Spousal Member" for your spouse and complete the form again.

If your spouse is also a fully-paid General Member of the Kiwanis Club of CdA who has completed his/her dues payment, you can receive a discounted membership by selecting this option.

Select this option if you are a "Lifetime Member". Our Club only has a couple of these.
