LXCL:The Carl E. Touhey Foundation committed to a dollar-for-dollar challenge match of up to $105,927 to our Clean Energy Workforce Development (CEWD) Program! Every dollar donated is doubled! A full workforce seat sponsorship is $9,200. CEWD participants are training for careers connected to electrical work, construction, and clean energy pathways paying $24–$32/hour with benefits. Our immediate goal is raising $50,000 by September 19, 2026 to launch our 4th cohort this fall.
