It is a practice of slowing down, listening, and becoming fully present. As you immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, textures, and scents of the forest and water, you may discover a greater sense of calm, clarity, wonder, and belonging. Throughout the experience, there will be opportunities to share what you notice, and you may choose to just share your silence.
