A Soft Landing: A Space for Black Women in Transition Join EmpowerHER Collective Inc. for a 90-minute virtual healing circle created to support Black professional women navigating job loss, layoffs, or career transition. This facilitated session offers a safe, affirming space for participants to connect with one another, share resources, and process the emotional and professional impact of workforce disruption. Whether your transition is recent or ongoing, this gathering is designed to meet you where you are with care, dignity, and understanding. Through guided facilitation and community dialogue, participants will have the opportunity to reflect, listen, and engage in ways that feel supportive and grounding. This is not a job search workshop or advice session, but a healing-centered space rooted in collective care and mutual support. Attendance is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, with suggested donations ranging from $0 to $25. All contributions support EmpowerHER Collective&rsquo;s leadership, wellness, and empowerment programming for women and girls.
