Step back into a Victorian Christmas 🎄 at Eastern Carolina Village and Farm Museum. Stroll past historic buildings, meet costumed interpreters, and see how farm families prepared for the season more than a century ago. Our event features the classic Victorian tradition of Christmas ghost stories with members from Haunted Pamlico, choral Victorian singers presenting traditional carols, dramatic Christmas readings, and the chance for children to make a Victorian Christmas craft and meet and have photos with Santa. As you explore our preserved homes, store, and schoolhouse, you’ll hear stories of rural eastern Carolina and everyday traditions that shaped winter life. Your visit supports our work to preserve and share the architecture, landscapes, and history of agricultural life in Eastern North Carolina. 🎁
