David Tranchina–Ambient Ambience

Avant garde jazz composer David Tranchina presents an evening of ambient chamber music performed by his chamber ensemble with electronics. This evening-length performance weaves together written compositions and group improvisations. An educator, session musician, and veteran of the Southern California music scene, Tranchina’s compositions are evocative and memorable, filled to the brim with textures, emotion, and surprise.

David will be joined by his band.
