These are the various booth option payments.  Options are:  10x6 booth only, 10x6 booth with electricity, 10x6 booth (military discount), 10x6 booth (military discount) with electricity, 10x10 booth only, 10x10 booth with electricity, 10x10 booth (military discount), 10x10 booth (military discount) with electricity.  

Any vendor requiring additional chairs or tables - please contact Don via email at exchangecluboffalcon@gmail.com.  I will create an invoice specifically for you and email to you for payment via Credit Card or Bank Check.

You have the option to pay via Credit Card or Debit from your bank account!!!

IMPORTANT -------Note - when paying via Credit Card you will be asked to pay an additional amount for Zeffy under the "Order" section.  In this selection use the down arrow and select "Other" and leave the amount BLANK.  If you don't select other - you will be charged that additional fee that goes back to Zeffy for their services.

NOTE - When paying via Credit card using the Zeffy payment, I will still need the completed application form emailed to me at  exchangecluboffalcon@gmail.com.

I don't expect anyone to pay any additional costs except for booth fees.

If a vendor wants to send a check via USPS instead of paying online then please send it to the address on the Application Form.  No additional fees charged for this option either.
