This is a safe and welcoming space (where people use consent & mutual respect) where you can unwind, release stress, and experience the healing power of touch with others. The term "co-regulation" refers to the process by which individuals regulate their emotions and stress levels in the presence of others. Co-regulation cuddles are a type of physical intimacy where individuals engage in comforting/nurturing touch to help regulate each other's emotions and nervous systems. It may involve gentle holding, hugging, rocking, caressing... with the goal of feeling more grounded, safe, and connected. During this event, you'll have the opportunity to engage in gentle, nurturing experiences designed to promote emotional regulation and well-being. We will guide you through various exercises aimed at fostering trust, safety, relaxation, and connection with yourself and others.
