Join the Black Mental Health Counselor Reparations Foundation the morning of Juneteenth for a celebration and fundraiser at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church! The BMHCR Foundation exists to empower Black mental health counselors by carrying the burden of debt and the costs of education and training through financial reparations.
Registration for the walk is a minimum gift of $25 and includes a BMHCR t-shirt.
Donuts and coffee will be provided by St. Bartholomew’s and St. Mary of Bethany Parish beginning at 8:30. The walk will begin at 9:00 and take place on St. B’s walking trail.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to vacation bible school being in session at St. Bartholomew's, the sanctuary and parish hall are off limits to Walk participants. Please use the Rectory entrance and park at the upper parking lots. Park in the lot near the two white vans.
