Thanks for your interest in our event- we didnt expect it to sell out so quickly.  If you want to be on the waiting list for if people cancel, please email <a href="mailto:holdmeAVL@gmail.com">holdmeAVL@gmail.com</a>  Also, we will likely offer this event again in a month or two, so if we have your email address we can let you know when we pick the next date.  -----------------------------------------------------------------------------We've heard of speed dating, but what if we took the pressure off of looking for romantic connections and simply focused on meeting new people and connecting with them authentically?  At this Queer Speed Friending event we will have people in small groups for authentic relating games, connection activities, and group discussions.  The goal is to make connections with new-to-you people and perhaps develop deeper connection with people you already know. We will have structured activities from 7-9pm and then open connection space till 10.    If you are tired of cis-heteronormative events and spaces, self-identify as queer or questioning, and would like to find more queer connections, this event is for you!  Please share this event with friends who might be interested. We are asking for sliding scale of $1-8 pay what feels good to you.  We really value our events being accessible and also its nice to be compensated a bit for our time.  This event is capped at 18 people so if you plan to come, please RSVP and show up.  If you feel sick in any way or know you have had contact with someone who is sick, stay home!  Masks welcome but not required.
