If you love fresh pasta, don’t miss this hands-on cooking class. Complementing the theme of “Home cooking” from the History Center’s exhibit “Food: Gathering Around the Table,” this is your chance to not only learn to make, roll out and shape the dough for homemade pasta, but you’ll also enjoy it with several homemade sauces. After the cooking is done, you’ll sit down for a pasta lover’s feast with a glass of wine.
