NYE Time Travelers Ball Redux

Celebrate the Turning of Wheel of Time in a Journey through the Epochs as we ring in 2025 from multiple timelines and dimensions! Dance to the Live Music of the Band, the Tobias Hurwitz Combo meets Disco Inferno!! Travel through time with a DJ when the band takes a break! Step through the veil into a 'time' where faeries roam amongst astronauts, steampunks interact with sockhoppers, and Cro-Magnon hang out with Elizabethan nobility. 
There will be snacks, and of course, a Costume Contest, run by Cailin Targaryen.  

The "bar' is potluck/free; we are not selling alcohol. 

Part of every ticket sale benefits the Timeless Seas. The Ocean Renaissance Foundation funnels money to the Ocean Conservancy and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

If you do NOT want to donate to Zeffy, the ticketing platform, put zero on that part of the form.

Time Traveler Admission, Past and Future

Everything costs more in the Future. Paying in 2024 dollars, this grants you admission to all the epochs in the Vortex Labyrinth. Be prepared for stairs. There will be snacks, and the bar will be staffed, and all alcohol goes behind the bar, but it is potluck. There are 50 tickets available at this price
Time Traveling Family Ticket

One adult or two, and list your kids or creatures that are coming with you. Paying in 2024 dollars, this grants you admission to all the epochs in the Vortex Labyrinth. Be prepared for stairs. There will be snacks, and the bar will be staffed, and all alcohol goes behind the bar, but it is potluck. No alcohol for the kids, but their elixirs and potions can also go behind the bar. There will be Red Carpet Interviews about Costumes, and a Costume Contest. There are 15 tickets available at this price
Time Travel for Two

This is a group ticket, it includes 2 tickets
Paying in 2024 dollars, this grants TWO PEOPLE admission to all the epochs in the Vortex Labyrinth. Be prepared for stairs. There will be snacks, and the bar will be staffed, and all alcohol goes behind the bar, but it is potluck, no cash for wine exchanged. There will be Red Carpet Interviews about Costumes, and a Costume Contest.There are 20 tickets available at this price

Up to 10 people can come in chanting Count Chocula's name, and will be admitted for this one low price. Paying in 2024dollars, this grants TEN PEOPLE admission to all the epochs in the Vortex Labyrinth. Be prepared for stairs. There will be snacks, and the bar will be staffed, and all alcohol goes behind the bar, but it is potluck, no cash for wine exchanged. Maybe after clean up we will hit up Sweet 27 for breakfast before driving off into 2025.... Feel free to hit that donation button if $10 seems like too little. FEEL FREE TO BRING A ONESIE TO CHANGE INTO. If you will help us clean up in the morning, and in general not be horrible (be wonderful! It's more fun!), you can bring something to sleep on and in and spend the night on the floor of the ancient stone church... what could possibly go wrong?

Vendors- let Nina Nina know what you want to vend, and she will tell you if it will fly. It is not a "shoppy" event compared to some, so hence the low ticket price. We will decide if you want to set up upstairs or downstairs. this is only our second year at this event, but this year we have added the 'sleepover' option for folks willing to help clean up in the morning, and we have def sold more tickets by this writing than last year.
