Thank you for choosing to become ZNA members or renew your ZNA memberships for
calendar year 2024!
On a computer? Please click "More details" below to review important information before submitting this form, including eligibility and other ways to pay. Otherwise, read on.
Beware: Optional Donation to Zeffy
Our payment platform, Zeffy, defaults to adding a percentage donation to fund Zeffy's operations (in lieu of traditional payment processing fees). You can change this to any amount before hitting the "Confirm" button.

ZNA cannot change this behavior and cannot change or refund any mistaken payments, including mistaken donations to Zeffy.
Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to all persons aged 18 or older who currently reside (are residents) in the Zilker neighborhood.
The following are examples of those not eligible for membership:
- Businesses (humans only please...)
- Owners who are not Zilker residents (e.g. rent house owners)
- Type 2 STR owners (unless resident at a different Zilker address)
- Future residents (join once you're a resident!)
- Persons with homestead exemptions outside of the neighborhood (you reside there, don't you?)
Zilker Neighborhood boundaries are shown on the ZNA Google Map and in the ZNA Bylaws and include both sides of the relevant parts of the boundary roads (Azie Morton, Rabb, Rae Dell, Barton Skwy., S. Lamar, and Oltorf).
Voting privileges are activated thirty days after membership dues are received (or immediately if renewing a membership from the immediately preceding year). Membership and voting privileges expire on December 31.
Not eligible for membership? You can sign up for ZNA emails as a non-member.
Good to Know
If dues are submitted for someone ineligible for membership or if they are submitted more than once for the same person, the dues will be treated as a donation to ZNA's general fund.
Due to the administrative burden on ZNA volunteers, ZNA does not issue refunds for dues or donations made in error or for someone ineligible for membership.
Please note that memberships and donations are not deductible for federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions because Zilker Neighborhood Association is organized as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit and not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Other Ways to Pay
While paying here on Zeffy makes things much easier for our volunteer bean counters and saves ZNA money, it is possible to pay via cash or check as outlined on our website's Dues and Donations page.
Membership Support (inc. hardship waivers)
The ZNA Executive Committee is empowered to lower or waive dues for individual members and strongly encourages those in need to request a waiver of dues by any of the following:
You can also email or speak with a member of the Executive Committee with questions about or help with membership.
