Join the Jackie's Warriors Foundation to Fight Dementia for our 2nd annual fund raising event, the Warrior Walk Backyard Bar Crawl around Homewood!  We had a great turn out last year and anticipate even more interest this year, so buy your tickets early as there is a max of 150 participants! (we had 130 last year) Order deadline to receive a free event t-shirt will be 8/31.   Participants will "crawl" (or drive) between 7 homes in the Old Homewood neighborhood enjoying a free beverage at each stop, and playing some fun games!  Most of the homes feature a home bar!  The total walking distance is about 1 3/4 miles with the longest leg being 1/2 mile. At the conclusion of the "crawl" we will all meet up at the St John Neumann (Formerly St. Joe's) Catholic Church gymnasium for an after party from 6-9pm!  A delicious dinner will be provided.  Drinks are BYOB at the after party and coolers can be left at your first stop and they will be transported to St. Joes and iced down so they are ready when you arrive.   We will once again have some great raffle prizes to give away, and you will receive 7 free raffle tickets, with additional tickets available for purchase at the event.  *NEW* You can now purchase raffle tickets along with your event ticket!  Just add an "additional donation" in $20 increments and you will receive 25 raffle tickets for every $20 donated!  After dinner stick around for live music from singer/acoustic guitarist Billy Denton!  <a href="https://www.facebook.com/BillyDentonMusic">www.facebook.com/BillyDentonMusic</a> The "crawl" will begin with a "shotgun start" at 1pm (but you can arrive as early as 12:30pm) and will be done by 6pm.  You will be assigned to one of the locations to start at and will be given a map to show your route for the day.  You will end within a short walk of where you started so you can get back to your car easily.  Or feel free to drive between stops if you prefer.  The after party will start at 6pm.
