Here is more information ...This is a drawing for a Texas Roadhouse VIP Card. The card will allow you (party of 6 or less) the next available table for one whole year at Texas Roadhouse in Paducah, KY.  Yes, you skip the line on holidays, weekend, and any day/night of the week. For any donation to Heart to Heart, you can get a ticket to enter the drawing.  The suggested donation is 1 ticket for $5 or 5 tickets for $20.
