Come experience an hour of deep relaxation and Sound Meditation with Andrew Sarmad Foehner and Jihan "Gigi" Amer.

We take you on a journey, immersing you in therapeutic sounds and vibrations that help promote the Clearing of Energetic Blockages, Deep Relaxation, Better Sleep, Pain Relief and supports the wellness of your Mental, Spiritual and Physical Being.  

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.
There are some yoga mats, and blankets are available at the yoga studio but quantities are limited.

Cost $20 advanced ticket or $30 at the door.
Limited spaces are available, advanced registration is recommended.
