- Regular testing of the lake water to keep it healthy, clean, and vibrant.
- Newsletter and other communications
- Voting at LCIA meetings
- LCIA Community Center social and community events
- Crime prevention and watch out for our neighbors
- Advocacy through the LCIA land-use committee and outside legal counsel

The LCIA benefits described on this site are available to member residents, including their spouses and minor children.
Associate
$20
An associate member is a 21 year old adult member of a full member family. An associate member has all of the benefits of a full member, except the right to vote.
