WHO:  Newly graduated Capital High School Seniors

WHAT:  A safe and sober night of fun, games, and celebration for Class of 2025 Seniors with chaperones. 

WHEN:  June 10, 2025 – Overnight celebration exclusively for CHS seniors immediately after graduation.

WHERE: Students take buses to event venue(s) from Saint Martin’s and return the next morning to CHS.

Please read Grad Night 2025 Senior Information Letter for important details about the event.

The Senior Release Form 2025, which is a required release to participate in Grad Night 2025. This form must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian if under 18 or the student if already 18. Please return the signed release via email to couggradnight@gmail.com right after your purchase.

If you are unable to complete and return it electronically, you may submit signed releases to Suzanne Bowser at the Capital High School office no later than June 5, 2025.  

Please include the Emergency Care Plan form if applicable. Failure to return the signed release will prevent the student from being able to participate.

We could still use more volunteer chaperones for the event. If you would like to sign up or request more information, please contact Karli Plughoff at karliroyse@yahoo.com.

Prizes for games are also a need for the event and we are low on funds to purchase them. Please consider donating small value gift cards or other items for prizes. For more information, please contact Sara Bailey at saralbailey82@gmail.com.
