Upper Skagit river outing this August 26th and 27th which is a Monday and Tuesday. This is listed as a two day outing but if you can only do one day that is fine, it takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get to. You must past through the Canadian border and will need a Canadian fishing license. You go through the Sumas entry, take highway 1 to exit168 , take Silver Skagit road south. We will be spending the night at Ross lake campground located just north of the border in Canada.
