Join us as a volunteer for our upcoming Adaptive CrossFit Classes! These events are a fun and welcoming way for our community to connect, and we couldn&rsquo;t make them happen without your help. Volunteers will have the opportunity to choose which dates they&rsquo;d like to participate. Each volunteer opportunity runs from 10:30am-12:00pm.&nbsp;Class runs from 10:45am-11:45am at CrossFit Freshwater Whether you&rsquo;re looking to give back, build connections, or just be part of something fun, volunteering at our Adaptive CrossFit Classes are a great way to make a difference while enjoying yourself too!
