Her field-to-table approach celebrates the connection between conservation and cuisine, showcasing thoughtfully prepared wild foods. After spending several years in Colorado, she recently relocated to Florida and continues to share her passion for wild food through meaningful, one-of-a-kind dining experiences. The winner must select a private location within a 4-hour travel radius of Vero Beach, Florida.
