At Adoption First Animal Rescue, there is always another animal who needs us. Another dog who tests positive for heartworms. Another senior who needs bloodwork. Another puppy who arrives sick. Another animal who needs surgery, prescription food, medication, or weeks of treatment before they can ever be ready for a family. And we never know who will walk through our doors next. That's why we're looking for The First 100.Our goal is simple: 100 people willing to give at least $10 a month to Adoption First Animal Rescue.Just $10. One person giving $10 may not cover an entire surgery or heartworm treatment—but 100 people giving $10 creates $1,000 every single month. That's $12,000 a year we can count on when an animal needs us. And right now, that matters more than ever. In just one month, we've found ourselves caring for multiple heartworm-positive dogs, senior animals needing additional diagnostics and medications, animals requiring X-rays and surgery, a puppy needing prescription food, and an entire litter of sick puppies requiring testing, medications, special food, supplies, and around-the-clock care. This isn't an unusual part of rescue. This is rescue. Some months are harder than others, but the medical bills, food, supplies, medications, preventatives, and daily care never stop.We will still fundraise for major medical cases and emergencies. We will still apply for grants. We will still hold events and ask our community for help. But we also want to build something dependable.Something that allows us to know that when the next animal arrives, there are people standing behind us. Will you be one of The First 100?Join for $10 a month or choose a monthly amount that works for you.$10 becomes powerful when we do it together. And together, we can be there for the next one.The First 100: $10 a Month Changes Everything Adoption First Animal Rescue
