A Trunk or Treat will take place between 4 pm and 7 pm. A free showing of The Nightmare Before Christmas will follow the event. This event is hosted by the KELCURT Foundation / Soddy-Daisy Community Library (SDCL) / KELCURT Farms. Halloween EEKstravaganza!Saturday, October 26, 2024, 3 pm - 8 pmSet up between 1 pm - 2:45 pm Breakdown begins no earlier than 8 pm It's time to haunt the park like never before! The second annual Halloween EEkstravaganza! is planned to be an even greater spooktacle than last year! In addition to the Trunk or Treat, we're throwing an old-fashioned festival with an EEKxotic petting zoo, and entertainment around every corner. Vendors and food trucks will be onsite for scary shopping and gruesomely good food. And have fun with our free EEKxhilarating Game Zone! 2023 Attendance: 3,2002024 EEKspected Attendance: 3,600Deadline for registration/payment: Friday, October 18, 2024 at 4 pm There is no charge for non-profits. Vendors and food trucks are $50. This is a non-refundable retainer. Booth spaces are 10' x 10' and all spaces are outdoors. Vendors must provide appropriate and stable displays, including tables, chairs, and tents, if desired. Spaces are provided on a first-come basis. This is a rain or shine event, no refunds nor implied refunds for any reason. Vendors and non-profits are allowed to keep one vehicle behind your space.
