WHY ONENESS FEST?

• Free advertising to 6,000+ members via AWAKE: Oneness Tribe’s website, social media platforms, & monthly HiveMind Newsletter
• Large audiences will already be visiting Geneva’s 113th annual Swedish Day Midsummer Festival. Some events will be located on the property and will attract attendees. Main festival is located just minutes away! (attendance of 200,000 people). ONENESS FEST will be advertised at this festival.
• Conveniently located on a well-trafficked frontage road
• Take advantage of concurrent activities at the park that are already attracting audiences: soccer club, historic cottage walks, & bake sale
• Accessible to the public with a low admission fee of $5 (kids under 15 are free)
• 1,000+ people expected to visit the Vendor Village area
• Weather protection! Vendor tables will be situated under an enclosed 75x100 pavilion. Dropdown tarp walls are being installed and will be deployed in the unlikely event of rain.
• Show off your hands-on healing services (i.e. massage, Reiki) by purchasing a spot in our Relaxation Station. Reserve now! Space is limited.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• Opportunity to further promote your knowledge, gifts, and services: There will be a classroom tent set-up adjacent to the Vendor Village for workshops provided by vendors. Please indicate if you are interested in providing a class or workshop.
• Vendor badges granting access to all 20 vendor classes

VENDOR VILLAGE VS RELAXATION STATION:

• Vendor Village is located under a pavilion. It is open to practitioners/service providers, product distributors, educators/advocates, etc. You will have a 8' x 10' space to set up. *You can provide services here if you wish.

• Relaxation Station is located behind the pavilion. This is for people who would like to bring their massage table and offer services in a quieter area. There are two options:

  1. Bring your own tent and offer your services in your own space, or

  2. Reserve a spot under a shared tent that AWAKE will provide (~6 other providers will be in the tent with you).
