The donation fee for this year is $75 - $25 is a donation, and $50 is a refundable deposit! The $50 will be refunded back to you the morning of BARKtoberfest once you arrive/check in. The fee covers the food truck space. All food trucks at BARKtoberfest are subject to approval of the Town of Gilbert and are required to provide insurance naming The Town of Gilbert & Friends for Life as additionally insured. We will also need a copy of your Mobile Food Vendor License. Please note that a Food Truck vendor is one who is preparing the food at the event. Food vendors who are selling pre-packaged food are considered a regular “vendor,” with a donation amount of $75. If you need booth space instead of a truck space the donation amounts are $75 for a Single Booth or $135 for a Double Booth.
