Bring your family and friends and let's end the summer together. We will chat, eat, listen to Arabic music, meet old friends, and make new ones. If you did not join us when we met in Ramadan at the awesome Fairuz restaurant you have a chance this time to enjoy it with its great food, decoration, music, and the very friendly and welcoming staff. They will have a buffet for us for $25/adult and $15 per child under the age of 12. The location is only 30 minutes from Houston, and 20 minutes from Katy. We can't wait to see everybody :) Tickets rates: - Early Bird (up till Thursday August 10, 2023 at 11:59pm): Adult ticket is $25, and children's ticket is $15. EAS members will be emailed a code for 20% discount.- Regular rates (Starting Friday August 11, 2023 at 12:00 am) Adult ticket is $28, and children's ticket is $18. Our refund and cancellation policy helps us prepare, market, and plan for events in a timely manner. The policy takes in consideration the cost of food, entertainment, venue, and activities when applicable.As a nonprofit organization we try to keep our ticket prices as low as possible depending on sponsorships, deals with restaurants, etc. Paying for all cancellations and no-shows will greatly increase the price for all participants.Our events require minimum registration to accommodate the special price of the event. If there’s a cancellation 48 hours before the event the participant will receive full refund. If the cancellation happened 24 hours before the event, the participant will have a credit to be used in our future events during that year.If there’s a no-show, or cancellation less than 24 hours before the event no refund or credit will be issued.If the EAS cancels an event a full refund will be issued for all the purchased tickets.
