Work with Nicole (Committee Chair and Senior parent) in seeing what goes into planning this annual event. We are seeking a family member who would like to take this on for the 2025 season. Learn how to organize and run the event: - Help organize, collect, and figure out how to house auction items - How to choose the best venue for the event - Work with venue + catering to make the event a success This committee meets 3-4 times before the event to make sure it goes off without a hitch.

Ask local stores and restaurants for silent auction donations. Ask friends, family, local wineries for donations. - A letter + social media graphics/text will be prepared for you to use. Ask via email, social media, or by stopping into your favorite businesses to see if they would like to donate the our biggest annual fundraiser. All donations are tax deductible.

Work with Fred Meyer on getting the Steaks, Purchase additional food needed for the event, dessert, sides, drinks etc.

Order decorations, table clothes etc and decorate the day of. Looking for 4 volunteers. Need 20 people for day of set up. This includes tables, signage, silent auction, etc. Start time 2 hours before the event.

Help scan, sell, and check-in guests for our Bingo night! Volunteers get FREE admission to this event! - Sell drink tickets, Raffle tickets, Bingo sheets, head or tails, - Monitor Auction and helping to close tables 7 Volunteers Needed
