If you wish to pay by check or your church is sending payment for your group, please use the "PAYBYCHECK" discount code in the registration "Summary" right before your order total. All Individuals must complete online registration form for Camp. Checks for the total ticket amount must be mailed to the Yearly Meeting Office payable to "EFC-MAYM" at:

2024 Camp Dates

KIDS CAMP | GRADES 3-6 | JUNE 1 – JUNE 5HIGH SCHOOL CAMP | GRADES 9-12 | JUNE 6 – 10JR. HIGH CAMP | GRADES 6-8 | JUNE 11 – 15

• All primary and assistant counselors must be at least age 16 and at least three years older that the Campers they are serving.
• Counselors will receive basic orientation during the normal camp program schedule as well as be required to finish “Ministry Safe” training.
• If you have any special requests for cabin assignments, please send to jesse@efcmaym.org at least 2 weeks before camp.
• In the unusual circumstance that we are not able to accept you as a camp counselor, your registration fee will be refunded in full.

LIABILITY WAIVER, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

By registering for the EFC-MAYM summer camp at Camp Quaker Haven, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus or Novel Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) exists in any public place where people are present. By entering and using the facilities, and in consideration of the benefit of such use, you and all registrants voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm or intentional infliction of harm by the owner of the premises; and agree to release from liability, indemnify and hold harmless EFC-MAYM and Camp Quaker Haven, and their respective, officers, board members, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers for any illness or injury, including death, suffered by you, your invitees, and your respective contacts resulting from or arising out of such use. You further agree not to file, nor cause to be filed, nor participate in, any lawsuit, claim, counterclaim, legal action or threat of legal action against EFC-MAYM or Camp Quaker Haven as a result of you, your invitees, or your respective contacts contracting COVID-19 or any other illness, including claims for illness or injury, including death. If you, your invitees or any of your respective contacts take any steps to make any claim(s) against any District Parties, you shall be obligated to pay all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the EFC-MAYM or Camp Quaker Haven as a result of such claim(s). These terms are expressly incorporated by reference into the terms and conditions for the use of Camp Quaker Haven facilities as set forth on summer camps for EFC-MAYM. This agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of the facility use and shall be enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas.
