District 18 will host the All-Star Showcase featuring Past District Directors/Governors and Past District International Speech Contest Winners as they compete in each of the speech contest categories. &nbsp; This will also be used as a training event for the upcoming contest season. &nbsp;We will look for people to fill all of the functionary roles for each of the contests to help prepare them to take on these roles during the different levels of contests for their Club, Area, Division &amp; District. &nbsp;&nbsp; Please come and enjoy funny and inspirational speeches, good food and great friends! This is a FREE event to attend. &nbsp;We do, however, gladly take donations to help District 18 in providing fun events such as this. &nbsp;All donations will remain in the District and will help fund future events.
