There is no cure and very few treatment options. Life expectancy is 2-5 years from diagnosis. Veterans are more than twice as likely to have ALS, so it is considered a 100% service related disease. Matt is a proud U.S. Navy veteran. This is my 4th year participating in the SoCal Ride, Walk and Roll to Cure ALS.
