Join Yun Theatre for a community screening of America “250” (美国二百五), our devised documentary theatre work created from oral histories, research, music, movement, and collective creation. We’ll be sharing an archival screening of selected excerpts of the performance with bilingual Chinese and English subtitles, followed by a Q&A and community conversation with members of the creative team. You'll also have a chance to write your response, which will be shared with the original storyteller. Come watch the work together, reflect on the stories and questions it raises around immigration, identity, belonging, and home, and spend some time in community with us. Snacks will be provided. All are welcome. This is a community event and screening, not a live performance.
