Animal Place is one of the largest and oldest farmed animal sanctuaries in the United States. Located north of Sacramento, we currently house around 300 rescued farmed animals, where they will live the rest of their natural lives in compassion. Along with providing a safe haven to animals, Animal Place advocates for animal welfare and a vegan lifestyle through humane education and events.
