My buyer wants to write an offer without a financing contingency but Form 21 forces my buyer to represent that buyer is NOT relying on a contingent source of funds. How can I follow my buyer&#39;s instructions and use the statewide forms? And what about the escalation addendum?! The price calculation makes NO sense!
